The property is located in a very nice and clean area. The apartment is quite new, and it is equipped with everything you need. To be honest, it was one of the cleanest properties I've been to so far!
There is a pizzeria and a barber shop at the ground floor, but also there are restaurants and coffee lounges in the vicinity.
Parking places available for free! I also found that the price is not that high comparing with the location. So I would highly recommend, especially from Price-Quality-Location point of view.

It was nice to have a cafe just downstairs. We used it for supper and breakfast. Staff and food were great! It was loud outside till 23:00, but after that it got quiet and we could sleep no problem. Bed was very comfortable, lamps and night tables on both sides. Big shower, window in the bathroom, small kitchen annex with coffee maker, kettle, sink and fridge. Large closet. There was also a balcony but we did not use it. Self check in is always nice to have. Available parking spaces.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is new and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, an equipped kitchen, comfy beds and modern bathroom. It is on the 1st floor and it has free parking places in front of the house. Highly recommend!
