Had a small issue with the door handle, and was promptly solved by the owner. Great location in the city center, close to the train station. Very easy check in and check out, using an access code.

The town is a surprise - the apartment and surrounding are an old Communist era housing development; with crunbling pavements, grafitti, dingy smelly halls and drab exteriors; inside however the hosts have made the most of the place. Staying here is a lesson in 20th century history.
The City was great - dining out and sitting out at night in the park was great fun -- and the local is excellent if you have been visiting the UNESCO monasteries. There is car parking for 1 car behind the apartment building allocated to the flat.
Near the flat is a good small supermarket that ipens late.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very good traditional breakfast (no self serving). Walking distance to the historical center (the city is small though). Free parking, breakfast included in the price, no additional costs for our dog.
Very clean, excellent food onsite, very hospitable personnel. The owner is hands on onsite and it shows in the detail of attention paid to every guest. The size of the place is not very big and had a nice family feel to it. Location is super convenient, the parking was sufficient for the guests. The location is right next to woods and as such is very quiet for a restful sleep. Awesome crispy clean sheets and great bed, helped too.
