The location is great, with the river near by (very important for us). You can eat outside, have a grill (everything was prepared, I just had to light it), etc. Perfect place to have a weekend escape for example with the family. Also a lot to visit around within a 1h drive. Host is very open and friendly. The place is also very clean.

This place was one of the most pleasant surprises we've had for quite some time. The place looked like a cabin in the woods but it had the comfort and facilities of a very good hotel. It looks like a family business and what a nice family at that. The food was one of the most delicious traditional foods we' ve had in quite some time. A great entertainment room and an awesome lawn. Think of this as a very comfortable hotel with a great soul and personality.

We had a fabulous time here. The hosts are really nice people, they cooked us a delicious dinner and also let us catch trout for the grill in their fishponds. The garden is beautifully landscaped, they have 2 small dogs, one loves cuddling and the other is a bit shy, but before we left, he wasn't afraid of us anymore. The cottage was in good order, clean sheets, hot water. Of course, if you expect luxury, you have to go to a hotel. But here you will experience real experiences that will stay with you forever. Thank you very much and we hope to visit you again one day.

Beautiful, spacious outdoor pergola, with cooking, grilling and dining facilities. Close to Retezat mountains, in a small, quiet village. The landlady is very kind and helpful.
