Everything. Place was amazing. The room was everything we needed and really gave a sense of being in Japan. The outside bar area was beautiful. The host was also very pleasent, and even provided extra pillows for us.

Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom are spacious.
It can be parked in the courtyard.
After a small problem, the owner was immediately available and at the apartment to fix it.
