Phenomenal Villa in a great location - close to Ponta Delgada and in the middle of the island, so everything was drivable in good time. There were at least 4 good restaurants within walking distance and a beach nearby. The Villa itself had everything you need, with great outside space and a sea view to die for. The hosts Fernando and Sofia were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us, especially when they found out it was my birthday, they were so kind. Would love to come back

The rooms and beds were very nice, and comfortable! the staff was very accommodating in providing a room for three children with three twin-size beds. The breakfast was great with a fantastic view. The location was walking distance to most things, and they provide valet parking.

It was honestly a great experience! Highly recommend to get a car as it is not in Ponta Delgada, but anyways a vehicle is necessary in the Azores.

The location was perfect with the beach right across the street. There was a bakery, small food store and restaurants within walking distance. The people on the town were welcoming. Parking the car was easy. Great location for exploring the entire island. Beds were comfy. Staff were helpful and responsive if we needed anything.
Great place to stay in and travel all around island. Probably the best place if you like to swim, as sand beach near by. And there is parking place next to house.

The car park at the back of the house is ideal if you have a rental car.

The Kitchen equipment was more than to expect
The view from the balcony are stunning, Watch the Sunrise and for the sunset go to the miradouro Next to the House. A Perfect Place to discover the Island and you have a very quite homeplace.
We always found a parking Spot, even if you had to Walk 6 minutes, you have a lovley little evening stroll. We are so sad to leave after a week.

Location is top. Milicias beach is just around the corner and there is an area nearby with coffe shops and snack-bar.
