Joana was a fabulous host and was kind and considerate in getting the room ready fir me at short notice (within 24 hours because of the forest fires). I even requested an iron to be left which she kindly brought. Check in was smooth and through self service and I loved her tea station and biscuits. The location could not have been better and there is a great pizza restaurant in the square called favor something and the historico restaurant does a fado show on Thursday for free if you dine or drink! Would 100 percent go back. If you visit braga just drive if you can as I only though the bemo Jesus was worth climbing but the city was not that nice when compared to guimares

We stayed for 4 days and used the hotel like a base to explore the local area and beyond. Felt like "coming home" at the end of the day. Extra nice to do laundry while travelling.

Jose made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and welcoming. We loved the small touches, and felt very at home. It was raining hard so we didn’t get to use the pool or even see the beautiful gardens properly, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great location with free parking. A historic building. Bathroom was brilliant with lovely tikes. Bed room good, with plenty of wardrobe space. The windows had huge shutters which opened up to give plenty of light
