The room is spacious and cosy, with great A/C. The bathroom is also large. It was not perfect. The shower had did not work properly and the fan was sticky. It has a bidet which we liked. The stuff was fantastic. Either the reception or cleaning, bar or restaurant were very service oriented and helpful. WIFI strong and stable. Very nice breakfast. Absolutely fantastic location in the Parque Terra Nostra. As guests of the hotel you have access to the park and the thermal pool 24/7. Whilst it doesn't look very inviting, the thermal pool is a must/highlight. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. We did not use the Spa or indoor pool so cannot comment. Parking is available at the front of the hotel (make sure you drive through the first barrier you arrive at). Is it expensive to stay here - yes! Is it worth it - definitely! Our favourite hotel during our trip to San Miguel. Highly recommended!

The location was ameizing, and the terrace has a nice view to the ocean. The facility is equipped with everything that you need, even fruit and food was provided. The landlady was extremely nice and helpful. The parking place in the immediate vicinity was an added value.
