the location near the port is ideal, there is a possibility to swim in the ocean across the street. the staff would be nice and friendly, there was no problem with e.g. late check-out. Breakfast was very good.

We loved everything about our stay! The accommodation is just as described, perfectly clean and neat. Spacious room with spacious bathroom. Ample parking. Amazing breakfast. We arrived very late (after midnight) but were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room. Pineapple glasshouse tour was interesting, informative and fun! Edgar was fantastic! Finally, the joy of relaxing in the spa-pool in-between rows of pineapples is hard to describe! Just fantastic! Big Thank You to Luis, Edgar and the team for the passion, effort and emotion they put in welcoming guests to their plantation and the old family home. We would love to come back, with family and friends.

I loved everything in this place, mostly the location and the architecture of the hotel. The decoration was also great.
People were very nice, the view from my room was very special, we walked through the city every night looking for restaurants and it was very easy (in August!).

99% of everything was amazing! most comfortable bed / sheets I have slept in, maybe ever! location and staff, excellent and super responsive.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Spacious apartment positioned in a great location to explore Sao Miguel (Azores) island. The rooms (2 bedrooms and living room/kitchen area) were more than big enough for a group of 4 people. The terrace was also nice and spacious. There was always a parking spot available for us to use right in front of the apartment. We appreciated the hairdryer which was handed over to us at the reception.
The appartment is on really good location, about 10 min drive from Ponta Delgada, and few minutes from highway. Free parking space in front. Appartment is spacious, not new but everything is clean. The staff was helpful. Good value for the money, comparing to prices of other appartments on island.
Good location, while not on the sea it is close to the sea and has good parking. The hotel is very cute and nice, the staff are excellent. Breakfast was really good. When you have a car, it is a good choice of location as an alternative to Ponta Delgada which can be difficult to navigate in a car and gets booked up quickly.
The place was among a few options in Lagoa. There is a cold water pool at the property. There were plates, glasses and tea mugs in the kitchen. We just boiled some water, didn't need anything elese. It's better you buy water since the one from the tap smelt of chlorine. The Lagoa centre was 10 minutes walk away, 15 minutes to the ocean side. There was a parking space if you had a car.
Everything!!! Amazing place with super friendly staff. Big car parking spot behind the building in their own back yard. Very clean and spacious rooms with a balcony. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed. Good breakfast with a big choice for a few Euro. Stay here!
Nice friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms/hotel overall. Good breakfast. Nice view with fresh air, could see the water from our 3rd floor rooms. Walkway just beyond the hotel as well as entry to the water. Beach towels were provided for a trip to the hot spring pool. Nice little bar area for coffee, water or a drink. Private, free parking. Great value for the money!
