A lovely house, we really felt at home here during our stay. The house is situated in a rural location, yet it is very centrally located on the island, most interesting places are only a short drive away. There is a small town near the home, which has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities, but Ponta Delgada is just a short drive away as well. The host is really attentive and helpful if you want to plan activities or if you want to know more about the island. When we arrived, we were met at the house and got a quick guided tour. The house is well equipped (washing machine, kitchen), which we really appreciated since we were staying for a week.

Perfect stay. The property was beautifully built and maintained. Apartment very comfortable and had a nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The private pool area is truly amazing. So relaxing and stunning views. Like a 5 star resort. Owner is very kind and wants to make sure you enjoy your stay, but also respects your privacy.

Location was perfect for us - local environ with easy access to the road network. The Host is extremely attentive and friendly . A good continental breakfast with plenty of it. The house itself has plenty of charm and space both inside and out. Absolutely perfect for those who wish to explore the local street life and island. Highly recommended for these reasons and many more. We will definitely return. Note: - you will benefit greatly from a hire car.

One of the best holiday home by far in all of my travels. The hosts Sara and Mario are really kind and helpful and are always there to guide you throughout the whole process. The property is located ideally right in the middle of the island and only 20 minutes away from Ponta Delgada by car or 4 minutes away from Ribeira Grande. You have your own private parking with an electric gate that opens by remote that is given to you when you arrive and I have posted the photos below as reference. The outside garden, barbecue area and the other seating area for morning breakfasts is a real added bonus. It gives you the feeling of being in a small villa and the house itself inside is as equally impressive and up to date. I cannot thank you enough Mario and Sara, you will surely be seeing us again as you have made us feel so welcome and made us fall in love with Sao Miguel “Azores” and your lovely Casas da Quinta ❤️

The Vila itself was beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean and had all the amnetiies we could wish for, including easy to clean pots and pans and a toaster for making our own breakfast. The bathroom was brilliant. The location was just perfect for seeing the whole island and getting back after a long day to visit local restaurants and enjoy sunset at the beach. But aside from the apartment itself, Daniel was the most welcoming and attentive host. He made our stay at the villa incredible. Check in was super easy, he welcomed us from the airport with a fruit basket and local bread which went down a treat after the long morning of travel. He made sure we had everything we could need during our stay, was very friendly and generous. I have stayed in a lot of apartments and air bnb which have all been good, but this was just beyond fantastic, I would reccomend to anyone. FRESH BREAD EVERY DAY!!! INCREDIBLE! Price/performance is outsanding!!!!! Much better than we expected!

Very nice place to stay, new and super clean. Daniel was an amazing host. Helpful and always there if you need any help. Good location, only 15min drive from airport, quite neighbourhood.
