The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a longer stay, kitchen, lots of space inside, outdoor terrace, beautiful grounds, staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking space in the car park. Dogs are accepted for an additional fee

It was honestly a great experience! Highly recommend to get a car as it is not in Ponta Delgada, but anyways a vehicle is necessary in the Azores.

Felipe was extremely friendly and helpful and gave a great tour of the property on arrival. Beautiful accommodation and great view from the pool area. We felt very at home here. Also loved the fruit and local foods in the room when we arrived.

We booked a suite with garden view. The suite was super spacious, with modern, high end styling. The complex is charming and rich with vegetation. The warm water swimming pool was just outside the room, and had a nice bar, for drinks and light dinner. The staff is super friendly, and highly knowledgeable about traveling in the island. Breakfast was served on the high level of the complex, and was excellent, with a variety of pastries, cheeses and fruits.

We loved our 1 week stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were truly professionals, friendly and kind. They checked on us regularly and communication was easy via WhatsApp. They all deserve a 10!
The hotel itself is beautiful, tastefully designed and with a tranquil vibe. The pool, though small, looks over the ocean and offers the perfect relaxation with an alcoholic drink.
Though the room wasn't what we were hoping, it was nice to have a small kitchen - we find it very useful.
We also appreciated the evening ritual where they brought some nice herbal tea to our room.
Breakfast was lovely too.

It is an apartments hotel. We are a couple, and had a T1 apt, which is the smallest. It is quite large.
It has a spacious leaving room with fully equipped kitchenet. The bathroom facilities were brand new and functioned well. The bed room is also very spacious and cosy. The bed very comfortable. There is a good a A/C. The WIFI is super strong and stable. The stuff, either in the reception or cleaning are very polite and helpful. The WIFI super strong and stable.
They have also a wet room (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) which is a nice place to relax at the end of the day, and is opened until 10:30 pm.
The hotel is from one hand 20 minutes drive from ponta delgada, and from the other hand 30 minutes drive from sete cidades and the lakes

Nice, big pool in lush and green gardens. Very large area with bananatrees, orange trees etc. Also a playground for the little ones. Parking for everyone behind gates. We stayed in a big appartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. A big terrace and semi-private garden (semi-private because open for everyone, but every appartment had their own limited space and I saw no one going into our part in our 9 days there). We loved our stay here.
The property was spotless, the staff was very helpful and available, the jacuzzi was really great in the evening allowed us to relax after large hiking days! The parking for cars in front of the house was really great, the fact that there is a closed gate for safety is remarkable and the house itself was very well designed with great taste and had everything inside even for barbecue!
Friendly 2 dogs and 5 cats, beautiful garden, building in old traditional style, yoga studio, kitchen and outdoor swimming pool, only 5 apartments allowing perfect relax and piece, helpful and kind staff who speaks English fluently, traditional breakfast, drinking water available all the time, good WiFi, private parking, large apartment, good location for trips around the island.
In winter season : a lot of towels and bath robes, A/C with drying function, smart TV, spacious, very confortable beds, lot of equipements, good blinds, welcome basket, parking places inside the "village" . We didn't test but there were a Jacuzzi and a BBQ with wood.

Perfect location to explore the island. The bedrooms are comfortable and the appartment is big with all sorts of appliences in the kitchen. Their is parking in front of the house, towels are provided, the pool is clean and the owners are super friendly. What not to love, I had a very pleasant stay!
Super friendly and communicative host - thank you so much for the welcome cake and food. The house was wonderful and well equipped. Loved the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Nice big toilet. There's also a washing machine and laundry rack to dry clothes outside (super useful!) The garden was a really nice view too. The gated house also felt safe and there was enough parking space inside. Overall, loved our stay here and it was great value for money.
Very pleasant staff, free parking on the territory. The hotel territory is a very big, you may walk around for a long time. Please keep in mind that pool is not heated, so when the weather is bad you cannot use it.
Wonderful stay! The room was spacious with good AC and wifi. There was a kitchen, fridge and it had outdoor patio. The property helps take care of cats so there were many sweet cats roaming the outdoors. It had gated parking which is great if you have a rental car!
