We usually only stay at 5 Star hotels for our holidays and everything at the Vilalara Resort met its 5 star rating.
The breakfast was exceptional - with lots of variety and choice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times and had a smile each time. Thanks to the whole Breakfast Team.
The Pools and general facilities at the resort were also fantastic. We spent a great deal of time at the pool side - which was very peaceful and relaxing. Rakesh the pool side attendant was brilliant - always helpful with a smile each time.
We also visited the Spa / Health / Gym - which were again excellent - very clean / comfortable / lovely staff.
The beach is nearby was a lovely and a great place to visit at the end of each day to unwind further.
The rooms were very comfortable, clean and attended to daily. The hotel grounds were kept well - with beautiful gardens filled with exotic plants everywhere. Absolutely wonderful and very pleasing as you walked about.
We would like to especially mention the Hotel Reception team led by Pedro Fonseca - they were absolutely brilliant, always very helpful with great suggestions to local restaurants / sites to visit and real credit to the hotel - which is why we will recommend it to all our friends and perhaps book again for next year - thankyou everyone.
Overall - we would say particularly thanks to ALL the staff at the Vilalara Resort - they are all professional, helpful and always happy to meet and greet - our congrats to the leadership team.

The pool and the cleanness were perfect. The position is fine, you always need a car yet it’s a good compromise for the Algarve region. The gym is amazing! It seems like a regular one and not a hotel’s one.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Lovely large room with a fabulous terrace. Great swimming pool. Breakfast was created by the wonderful Maria. It was so lovely each day with lots of fresh and different things to enjoy. Maria was so friendly and kind, and made our stay very special.

Peaceful pool area with comfy loungers and plenty of umbrellas for shade, pool service is excellent. Rooms great with amazing quality bedding and loungers on the terrace. The breakfast is fabulous as is all the food.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Large apartment with a wonderful ocean view. Fully equipped. Very good contact with the owner. Nice beaches and viewpoints in the area. Safe parking. Restaurants and shops close.
For this price point I can't complain. The home is spacious and has just about everything you need and more.
The view from main floor balcony and rooftop is beautiful. The location is quiet and peaceful and within walking distance to beach, store and restaurants. Parking is no trouble due to your own private driveway.
The apartment is very close to the beach with a wonderful view, well equipped, private parking, shop in walking distance. The beach was clean with a good bar.
The building is right next to the beach Vale de Centeanes. We had a lovely view to the sea from our Appartement.
The Appartement had a spacious living room/kitchen area, a nice bedroom and a tiny bathroom and tiny balcony.
Right after the booking, we got a welcoming message explaining some details about check-in and check-out, although there was some useful Information missing (how the private area parking works, Equipment of the kitchen, check-out time), so some calls and messages were needed.
