Madalena met us on arrival and gave us the keys, she was extremely responsive and very helpful recommending places to eat and buy basic groceries. There is a full kitchen with everything you need. The apartment was beautiful and everything was sparking clean and brand new. There is a pool area and vast parking lot, game room with a grill, ping pong table, hot tub and a common full bath and laundry.

The staff is fantastic, very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel is little bit old, but very charming, nicely decorated, with a swimming pool, satisfying breakfast and familylike atmosphere. We had a room with a balcony and that provided an extra space and fresh air. Good location, central, quiet and green and also well connected to the nearest cities, to the beach, especially with a car.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Of course, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views of nature. The town of Monte Real is also very very charming. What really stands out though is the kindness of the entire staff. They were so helpful and considerate throughout our entire stay. I would also like to mention that the quality of the food in the restaurant was brilliant and such a great selection for both the dinner/breakfast buffet and the a-la-carte options.

The service in the breakfast was delightful, all the waiters were super friendly and everyday they did something special for my kid. The food at the breakfast doesn’t have to much variety but what was there was really delicious. I booked the hotel with half board and in the night the dinner was buffet. It was so much food and so delicious. Congrats to the chef that prepared the food. The rooms are really big and the bath was really relaxing.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. The pool and sauna are nice although sometimes the pool is a bit crowded. Breakfast was good, had a nice variety and good quality. The stay was very nice and we were able to relax.
