We were looking for a relaxing weekend, and Casa dos Castelejos was a perfect spot for this. We stayed at a house, just for ourselves. It had a fully equipped kitchen (you even have a dishwasher and even the essentials such as oil, or salt), air conditioner, and even the basics for the bathroom. The pool was very clean, and the breakfast was pretty good, with fresh fruit and homemade bread. The place is secluded, as you can see on the map. But we staffed ourselves with food and we spent the weekend just to enjoy the site. If you are looking for a relaxed weekend, do not hesitate.
Castro Verde (Near Monte das Sorraias)

Peaceful location. Perfect to wind down . Plenty of villages to visit nearby and you can also spend a lot of time on the propriety walking around , the weather was not perfect during our stay so we will be back again another time to experience it. There is a drivable dirt road for the last 5-10 mins of drive, just to be aware .

Stunning property renovated to the highest standard. Our room was light and airy and beautifully decorated. The shower room was exceptional. The owner was helpful welcoming and very informative about the property’s nature reserve.

The whole stay was a dream. Luther and Filipe created a magical experience that exceeded our expectations at every turn. The studios are spacious and comfortable, the property a quiet haven, the views incredible, the pool stunning, the food fresh and exquisite, but nothing compares to how cherished and cared for we felt from the moment we arrived until we left.
