Our experience was quite strongly affected by the fact that we got a little upgrade for our stay, because we asked about using their washing machine and because we think that the more luxury apartments weren't so busy. As a result we also got to park in their car park and use the rooftop terrace with a little pool. Thanks!
The flats are located quite close to the oceanfront, and close to the old town. The central town is about 15 minutes walk away, so also close. And because all those are sort of level with the flat, you never needed to go much up or downhill, which was great.
The flat had all the basics you need, the kitchen had the basic cookware, there was also salt, towels, sponge and washing up liquid. There was a clothes drying rack and an ironing board.
There was a cleaning service part way through the stay, which was nice.

The apartment was newly renovated and had everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. Located in a very central spot in the city but nice and quiet at night. Bed and bedding extremely comfortable. Apartment was spotless. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Madeira . Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The Staff makes this hotel a 5-star hotel. You feel that they are the owners through their hospitality. Kudos to their management. Very good food and multiple restaurants, great interactive shows each night, and during the day they have activities with Aldo and Olga at the swimming pool. Paid parking. Clean room. Excelent location!
