The owner is really friendly and patient. We travelled with 6 tweenagers and she didnt mind the noise. The apartment is really big, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room and spacious kitchen. Two balconies also.

Huge guesthouse, large yard in front, all equipped very nicely, directly in the city centre. Car parking no problem. Super nice landlady, came over for late check in of mine (flight massively delayed), all no problem. Coffee machine and kitchen for free use, WiFi very good, bed comfortable, escalator worked nicely. Perfect setting, just off the Camino, peacefulness permeates through the entire property. Diogo and Flavia are perfect hosts, warm and welcoming. The room has many thoughtful touches, including an incredibly comfortable bed and high-quality linens. We also really appreciated the foot bath and handmade bath bomb after a long day cycling!
What truly sets Alma Peregrina apart is the hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday and had an evening together that felt like a reunion of old friends. It was a perfect night with food and drinks; they went above and beyond with a delicious cake and handmade gift. I was incredibly touched. Diogo's recommendations for nearby sights and restaurants in Porto were spot on and hidden gems we wouldn't have found ourselves.
Breakfast was an absolute feast! The fresh home grown tomatoes, perfectly ripe, were some of the best produce I've tasted in Portugal.
