Plenty of villages to visit nearby and you can also spend a lot of time on the propriety walking around , the weather was not perfect during our stay so we will be back again another time to experience it. There is a drivable dirt road for the last 5-10 mins of drive, just to be aware .

Castro Verde is a very pretty town; the accommodation is about a 5-6 minute walk from the centre. There is a lovely view over the surrounding countryside.
