The ocean view is to die for. Rooms are nice and clean, albeit a bit small. Breakfast is great and staff very friendly.Location is ok, but you do need a car to discover the island.

the location near the port is ideal, there is a possibility to swim in the ocean across the street. the staff would be nice and friendly, there was no problem with e.g. late check-out. Breakfast was very good.

I loved everything in this place, mostly the location and the architecture of the hotel. The decoration was also great.
People were very nice, the view from my room was very special, we walked through the city every night looking for restaurants and it was very easy (in August!).

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t realise that there was a room for us to stay for 2 extra nights.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very good facilities, peaceful location near the sea. Restaurant was very good and had a daily vegan option, which was great. Staff very friendly. Pool was good, although smaller in practice than what might expect (half of it is one foot deep and seemingly just for show). Spacious parking.
Breakfast was vast, great selection. Pool area nice with the Atlantic as your view. Plenty Parking.

Very good base for exploring the whole island. 15-20 min drive to Ponta Delgada ( 40 min to anywhere on the island).
The hotel is nice, and a good alternative to busy resorts on south side.
Breakfast is diverse enough for 7-8 days but it might get boring if you stay longer.

The hotel was a peaceful retreat along a stunning stretch of water in a quiet, central location. Beautiful views, good parking, restaurant on site, comfortable room.

The hotel is modern and really clean. The room is very spacious, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is really cool because you have a view directly to the bed area. The staff is nice. You have enough space to park the car outside the hotel parking lot.
Everything in the hotel was fine. Location in the country. Diverse and tasty breakfast with local products. Coffee was great too. Hotel staff was always nice, helpful and acting in a professional manner. Special appreciation for the housekeeping staff. They deserved a score of 11 points out of 10. Cosy and quiet room. Comfy bed. Large parking lot. Nice view of the Ocean. Pool area. We'd come back anytime.
The hotel's infrastructure is superb with an outdoor and indoor pool. The bar and restaurant are very nice. There is a big parking lot outside the hotel free of charge, ideal to explore the island by car.
