Firstly, the location: if you don't drive, don't choose this place. If you do, then it's one of those rare gems that needs to be nourished! Located in the hills, in quite possibly one of the most beautiful locations in the Algarve, just outside Bordeira, and near to Santa Barbara de Nexe, the views from the guest house are spectacular. This is classed as a rural guest house, but I have never seen such a well equipped and spacious kitchen, if you want to self cater, in my life. It is out of this world, equally, the guest lounge and dining room, all occupying the top floor, are like a TV location set. Four en suite rooms and again, nothing left out. This place is an absolute gem. I would stay anytime here. Even has central heating for those chilly winter evenings. 10/10 from me.

The house is great: nice, big, fully furnished and very confortable. The garden is huge, nicely decorated with a big swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts who provided us all the necessary explanations and had many kind attentions. I definitely recommend and would come back anytime!

Everything absolutely lovely! The house is beautiful, cozy, nicely decorated, provided with everything you may need during a holiday. The garden is beautiful, silent, there's a little artificial lake, where you can rest or just contemplate without really feeling the need to go anywhere else to relax or have fun!
