Thank you Rita and Pedro for our top stay out of 5 we had in Azores. Actually the best we ever had :-). The place itself is marvellous with private beach, very nice room. The homemade breakfast with the view over the ocean was great. Easy check in and check out. We happen to visit Villa Franca on the "White night", when all the community geathered in the center - it was a nice experience for us.

We loved our 1 week stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were truly professionals, friendly and kind. They checked on us regularly and communication was easy via WhatsApp. They all deserve a 10!
The hotel itself is beautiful, tastefully designed and with a tranquil vibe. The pool, though small, looks over the ocean and offers the perfect relaxation with an alcoholic drink.
Though the room wasn't what we were hoping, it was nice to have a small kitchen - we find it very useful.
We also appreciated the evening ritual where they brought some nice herbal tea to our room.
Breakfast was lovely too.

Nice location, quite big hotel with amazing views, 2 pools. Great value for money and located in three center of island that allow travel easily to both sides. Stuff was very friendly, they also give free of charge towels if you go to hot springs. Parking in on the territory of hotel.

The staff was super nice and helpful.
Facilities were good in general despite having to go through a long walk from the parking lot (that is a bit small) to the hotel building.
Very friendly staff. The apartment is fantastic. Exit directly to the pool. Sea View. Parking ok. Very peaceful and quiet environment.

Very nice modern room in comfortable size including well-eqipped kitchenette, table, comfortable king size bed, nice.terrace.with comfortable chairs looking onto a tropical garden with a view at the valley and the bay, nice pool and spa, in a nice village, free parking, very friendly and helpful staff speaking perfect English.
Our visit was amazing! We really liked how clean and quiet the property was. Our apartment was cozy and functional - it had all of the amenities we needed. Our host Antonio was also very friendly and helpful. And it was great to have so much available parking on the property rather than finding tight street parking in the cities.
