O Infinito is located in the town of Calhetas on the northern side of the island. There isn't much to do in the town itself, so it's necessary to have a car. But the location is good for exploring the western part of the island and the restaurants in nearby Rabo de Peixe.
The accommodation looks very new and I would consider it very good value for money, as it's a whole flat with a bedroom, bathroom, large living room and kitchen/dining room. There is also a small outdoor seating area which is cleverly separated from the rest of the building where the host lives.
The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities required for a nice stay.
The bathroom also had some shower gel and shampoo which came in handy.
The owner was celebrating her birthday during our stay, so we even got some beers and cake :)

Felipe was extremely friendly and helpful and gave a great tour of the property on arrival. Beautiful accommodation and great view from the pool area. We felt very at home here. Also loved the fruit and local foods in the room when we arrived.

We booked a suite with garden view. The suite was super spacious, with modern, high end styling. The complex is charming and rich with vegetation. The warm water swimming pool was just outside the room, and had a nice bar, for drinks and light dinner. The staff is super friendly, and highly knowledgeable about traveling in the island. Breakfast was served on the high level of the complex, and was excellent, with a variety of pastries, cheeses and fruits.

We loved our 1 week stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were truly professionals, friendly and kind. They checked on us regularly and communication was easy via WhatsApp. They all deserve a 10!
The hotel itself is beautiful, tastefully designed and with a tranquil vibe. The pool, though small, looks over the ocean and offers the perfect relaxation with an alcoholic drink.
Though the room wasn't what we were hoping, it was nice to have a small kitchen - we find it very useful.
We also appreciated the evening ritual where they brought some nice herbal tea to our room.
Breakfast was lovely too.

It is an apartments hotel. We are a couple, and had a T1 apt, which is the smallest. It is quite large.
It has a spacious leaving room with fully equipped kitchenet. The bathroom facilities were brand new and functioned well. The bed room is also very spacious and cosy. The bed very comfortable. There is a good a A/C. The WIFI is super strong and stable. The stuff, either in the reception or cleaning are very polite and helpful. The WIFI super strong and stable.
They have also a wet room (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) which is a nice place to relax at the end of the day, and is opened until 10:30 pm.
The hotel is from one hand 20 minutes drive from ponta delgada, and from the other hand 30 minutes drive from sete cidades and the lakes
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Great and helpful hosts who offered us recommendations, strategic location, nice accommodation with parking, as well as with a backyard. We enjoyed our stay very much.
What a perfect place! We loved every aspect of it. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We got some free local foods when checking in and also fresh bread every morning! The host quickly responded to every question I had. Easy parking in front. Located in central part of the island so it's pretty good place to start your trips around Sao Miguel with rented car.

First and foremost the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was absolutely stunning. Stable temp of 38 degrees and accessibility all day, all night. Perfect with a glass of wine or a cocktail in your hand. The accommodation itself very modern, comfortable bed, seating area outside the unit. Totally worth staying here. Safe parking behind a controllable gate.
