Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception and housekeeping staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all it's a lovely atmosphere in the hotel.

The rooms and beds were very nice, and comfortable! the staff was very accommodating in providing a room for three children with three twin-size beds. The breakfast was great with a fantastic view. The location was walking distance to most things, and they provide valet parking.

It was honestly a great experience! Highly recommend to get a car as it is not in Ponta Delgada, but anyways a vehicle is necessary in the Azores.

Felipe was extremely friendly and helpful and gave a great tour of the property on arrival. Beautiful accommodation and great view from the pool area. We felt very at home here. Also loved the fruit and local foods in the room when we arrived.
