This is a very well maintained and spacious hotel.
The bed very comfortable and the bathroom the best I've encountered whilst in Portugal. It is a little of the Camino by about 2.5km but worth the walk as the staff really look after you. We were too exhausted to go anywhere else but that wasn't an issue as the staff ordered us a pizza and we could purchase drinks from their bar. In the morning we were dropped back to the Camino path. I'd highly recommend.

Clean, very comfy beds, great pool, very spacious.
Despite the heat, the house was cool (no aircon but it wasn’t needed) as the bedrooms all have blackout curtains.
Our children loved the table tennis and table football, as well as all the outdoor space and of course the pool!! Plenty of shade provided in the form of parasols (if needed/wanted), and several sitting areas outside too.
The kitchen is well equipped and benefits from dishwasher and washing machine. BBQ was great (and included charcoal too!).
Arrived to some lovely local treats from the owner, which was a great touch.

The house is very spacious and the backyard is excellent with sheep and chikens. My kids loved to see them and to collect some of th fruits that the host graciously said we could have. You will be staying in a small farm, conveniently located close to town and all the amenities.
