The rooms and beds were very nice, and comfortable! the staff was very accommodating in providing a room for three children with three twin-size beds. The breakfast was great with a fantastic view. The location was walking distance to most things, and they provide valet parking.

It was honestly a great experience! Highly recommend to get a car as it is not in Ponta Delgada, but anyways a vehicle is necessary in the Azores.

Felipe was extremely friendly and helpful and gave a great tour of the property on arrival. Beautiful accommodation and great view from the pool area. We felt very at home here. Also loved the fruit and local foods in the room when we arrived.

We booked a suite with garden view. The suite was super spacious, with modern, high end styling. The complex is charming and rich with vegetation. The warm water swimming pool was just outside the room, and had a nice bar, for drinks and light dinner. The staff is super friendly, and highly knowledgeable about traveling in the island. Breakfast was served on the high level of the complex, and was excellent, with a variety of pastries, cheeses and fruits.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious room with bathroom, well equipped kitchen (washing machine and dryer available), free and safe parking place. Location in the middle of Sao Miguel, perfect starting point for trips around the island.
The owner and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. If we come back to Sao Miguel, we will be happy to visit them once again.
Private parking, nice little garden for chilling and BBQ, good hot showers and bath, decent enough kitchen, comfortable living room. Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and less than 5 minutes walk to the large supermarket and chemist etc.
Very helpful staff, Easy and clear upfront Communication and agreement, although we arrived for check in after the midnight . Clean, reasonable breakfast, no problems with parking the car in the neighborhood.

The location is 10 mins by car from the center, it's best if you visit the west side of the island and the center only. You have a private parking.
