Location is great. It was quiet and not too far from GL. The beach front is peaceful and calm, I loved to wake up to our view and quiet during our 6-night stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Also loved how spacious the bathroom was even though it has a separate entrance from the room, which may not even be a bother for most people. Best if you get a motorbike or a car rental to get around as there are only a few trikes that pass by. You may also ask their front desk / receptionist Junelyn for assistance.

Everything!!! We want to move in! The hosts Jo and his manager Lyn were so kind it felt more like staying at your extended family’s home than public accommodation. Had a yummy mango smoothie on arrival. The bedding was so lush. The cats were gorgeous. The garden was unbelievable. My partner got to borrow one of the host surfboards :D Honestly the whole time felt so peaceful and has been a highlight of our 6 months traveling we hope to be back!

The owners, staff and dogs were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a small but warm and welcoming hotel, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the party noise in town but can be easily reached with Tuk tuks - getting around is not a problem at all. Very good choice of homemade all day breakfast was offered. We enjoyed chill time sitting outside our rooms to eat or read. Water pressure was good in the shower and the room was very clean and spacious. Power supply can be intermittent in Siargao and the hotel has its own backup and solar system to ensure uninterrupted electricity. Overall very happy with the hotel which was the highlight of our visit! Thank you Ralf, Linda and Mich!

Staying at the bamboo house in Siargao for one night, which I booked at the last minute, turned out to be a super cool experience. When I got there, the first thing I noticed was how awesome the bamboo house looked. It felt really natural and was right in the middle of lots of green and trees. My room was simple, very nice and clean, with a bed that was super comfy to sleep in. What I loved most was how quiet and peaceful it was. Just sitting on the porch, feeling the cool breeze, and listening to the sounds of nature around me made me feel so relaxed. It was a perfect break from the busy life. The bamboo house was also in a great spot for checking out Siargao. It was easy to go out and find beautiful beaches and cool places to see on the island. Even though there was no staff around, everything was set up in a way that made my stay really smooth. It felt like a little adventure, and I had everything I needed. Booking this place last minute was such a lucky find. It was all about enjoying the simple things and being close to nature. If anyone wants to have a chill time in Siargao and experience something different, I'd totally recommend this bamboo house. It made my trip extra special, and I can't wait to go back someday.
