The actual building is trashy - HOWEVER - The room is a 'diamond in the rough'. It is very well designed and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quality furnishings, equipment and quiet, split aircon. It really is beyond beautiful and very cosy! The owner is well organised and responds promptly. There is CCTV throughout the building. Parking is free, and easy with plenty of space outside the building.

If you just really want and need a place where you could sleep, Balai Subik Hotel isn't so bad. Sleeping here was comfortable enough. So if you have nowhere else to stay at Zambales and want a cheaper option, I suggest going here. Staff here are kind too, and we were able to extend our stay for only 100 pesos per hour. It was also near establishments like Waltermart Subic, 7-Eleven, and McDonald's.
