This hotel was a bit more expensive than where we usually stay, but not having taken a real vacation since before COVID we thought we'd splurge a bit. Thankfully we weren't disappointed, the location, service, and facilities were all first rate and we didn't have anything to complain about for the entire stay. Things we look at reviews for are things like noise (it was very quiet, even when all the rooms were booked), the comfort of the beds (we both have hip issues that are aggravated by beds that are too hard or too soft, but these were perfect), and convenience to town (you can walk to town in half an hour or get a three wheeler for 100 php per-person, the ride just takes about 10 minutes, though you have to plan ahead as they need to call one for you before you can leave).

It's a perfect place. a hidden gem of a place. It's a good place to forget everything in the world and rest about once a year. The owners Fred, Alodia, and Brestine, and the staff are all kind, so I feel like I've been really well rested and treated. If we recommend too much, it seems like our own jewel-like resting place will disappear... Nevertheless,I really recommend this place.

My son and I had a lovely 3 nights here. Andre and Paul were such attentive managers with a really friendly team around them. The relaxed vibe of the cabins & verandas made it a treat to return to at the end of a day snorkelling or motorbiking. Everything was so well organised, especially as it was only a few months after Covid reopening. Food was great, both morning and evening, and the Mango shakes became a fixture. The white sandy beach 100m away was great place to start and finish the day - virtually empty, clean, clear/safe swim and no insects - what's not to love. So glad we chose to visit Anda and stay there.
