The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a sofa in my single room and a very comfortable and clean bed. There are two gentlemen, Mr. Gajendra and Mr. Mizan who are responsible for the cleaning of the rooms and servicing. This was my first visit to Oman and my first stay at this hotel. Everything was fine; the cleaning staff and the hotel staff were very cooperative and nice. The only issue was with the WiFi, which had trouble connecting to more than one device. Other than that, the overall vibe was good. The hotel is located outside the city, near the airport, which also helps with getting to the airport quickly.
