I made a special request for dinner and the owners were very accommodating. Breakfast was great. the place was warm and the experience was brilliant. this is the 4th time i have stayed here and would aways stay at this b and b. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting accommodation in Taumarunui.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The room is equipped with all necessities. The staff were lovely. The heat pump in the room kept it a lovely temperature through the nights despite the cold draft coming under the door. The room is a great size with room for 3 people to sleep if needed.

The property was right there coming into Taumaranui, love that there’s heaters in the room and the electric bed covers. Not many motels/hotels have their own Netflix account that you can use. I love that these little cabins are spacious and have everything and the carparking is right in front of the door so easy to carry everything in wish we could of stayed longer but definitely going to be back end of this month!! The unit was old style but spotless. Staff were very helpful and organised very close car parking to be reserved for me because of my age and disability. Recommend.
Easy access and easy to find. A covered car park available just in front of each studio makes it really easy and enjoyable. The studio is spacious and the kitchen got all you need for a week-end.
A very handy converter, comfortable beds, nice shower with warm water all the way.
It's close to the road and you could hear some trucks over the night, but I slept through with no problem. I liked the view of the livestock next door.
Lovely motel, all the facilities you need travelling such as a laundry room. The rooms even had an air frier if you wanted to cook. One street back from main high street where there are shops and lovely restaurants. Lovely host at reception and loads of parking exactly what you expect from a motel.
Even though it is a older style motel really enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious with kitchen dining area and second room, it was very comfortable, clean and warm. The awning out front was a bonus for undercover car parking. Even enjoyed the sounds of diesel trains and trucks.
Rooms have ben refreshed. Bed are comfortable. Nice quiet location. Good sized rooms and good sized table etc for work. Good friendly staff. Good off street parking.
