Yeah this is a fairly budget place, so don't lift your expectation bar too high. That said it was clean and perfectly acceptable. I'd probably go there again. Nice location.

This is a really comfortable cottage with 2 bigger rooms & one single room, one shared bathroom, and deck out from the lounge with a lake view. Wooden floors. Double glazed so cosy even though it was winter.
2 heat pumps (lounge & hall) and we enjoyed the wood fire . We were a group of three friends & it was great - private & great for cooking meals. 10 mins drive to Rotorua.

The self-contained units had everything we needed for a comfortable four night stay. Facilities were great, we used the tennis court and gym and enjoyed the various games that were made available at reception. Views of the lake were amazing. The restaurant was excellent too.
