The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no milk in the fridge and no bread although the info said there would be. The fruit to go with the cereal was 1 tin of peaches for 4 people. However, the games, and tv etc were great. It was a quiet location, close to dairy and supermarket and spacious rooms. Two good bathrooms.

Great location with easy access to CBD, Otago peninsula and Catlins. Very comfortable stay, quiet neighbourhood, home away from home with all facilities needed - laundry, full kitchen with all necessary items. Great views of Dunedin. There’s a very tiny carpark but we parked on the street in front of it. Never a problem to get a space. I’d definitely stay here again.

Communication and clear instructions about how to access and use the facility. Hospitality and very thoughtfully provided all the amenities that guests might need during their stay. Kids loved the place and loved the chocolates. We were sad to leave the place. We would definitely come back. The only thing that was missing was a candle and lighter :)
