We felt very welcomed, what a lovely spot they have there. Everything is catered for with attention to detail. I was spoilt as I am gluten free and I was treated to home baking 🙂. Location is excellent with ample parking and the best restaurant in town on site. Breakfast at the bakehouse just across the road is superb. Very clean with heatpump & electric blankets. Renovated rooms.
Close to the start of a walking track for our planned overnight hike in the Kaimais allowing an early start. The food and ambience in the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. Plenty of off street parking.
We had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice. The room was very clean and tidy. Must have been renovated recently as everything was new, the bathroom was very well set out. Plenty of parking out the back.
Perfect location near to where we needed to visit. Great outdoor area and parking. Spacious, clean and tidy. Liked the treats that were left for us which was very unexpected and enjoyed. We are cat people so enjoyed the attention from the resident pusses.
Very spacious, lovely outdoor covered deck, two bathrooms, nice open plan living area, all bedrooms a decent size, beds were comfortable, lots of off-street parking, checking in and out was a breeze, owners were very accommodating with check-in time
Lovely welcoming staff who always go the extra mile. Units are always spotlessly clean. Easy parking outside unit. Super attractive grounds that are always maintained to a very high standard. Units have been recently refurbished to a high standard.
As indicated above, this motel is wonderful, lovely staff, beautiful grounds, lovely presented rooms, good size rooms, great parking BUT if the mattress is cheap/old and uncomfortable then all the lovely and wonderful things are not worth the stay.
