The instructions were emailed to me before arrival. The facilities were perfect. Loved all aspects of it. Everything was clean and neat. Small kitchen and sink facilities were great. Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside.

This home sits atop of a lovely private serene lifestyle block set in the rolling countryside of the Waitomo Area-We had a lovely host whom was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The home itself was very clean and presented wonderfully with; all of the modern kitchen equipment. There were additional entertainment features I.E indoor and outdoor games and BBQ facilities- Modern fire place with wood provided. The bedrooms were immaculately presented with linen and generally a great home layout. Spacious home which can accommodate a large group easily.

Communication was above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed to be comfortable, and to provide recommendations for local activities / restaurants / etc. We were made to feel right at home and provided with lovely treats to welcome us, and it was evident lots of thought had gone into the personal touches sprinkled throughout Crinkly Cottage. Highly recommended for a trip into the beautiful NZ countryside and to get a taste for farmlife. It should be noted of course that you'll be staying on a farm and should expect to be surrounded by farmlife and cows. :)

The property is 10 minutes drive from Waitomo Caves. We were able to get there easily. The breakfast is included which is nice as we had to head back early the next morning to visit Hobbiton.
