Great proximity to Manfield Park if you have an event to attend, a quick walk down. Lovely owner who went out of her way to have our rooms ready earlier so we could put our bags away & get ready for our event. Very modern and clean. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds and adequate bedding for colder nights. Separate bedroom was great if traveling with friends or children. Fantastic shower, could have stayed in there longer!!!

We were pleased to stay at Scott Base as it broke up our drive to Taupo. The ferry was later ,so we contacted Brenda and she put the electric blankets on for us as we arrived at 10.50 pm. . It was easy to find. Brenda made us a lovely breakfast complete with pancakes and berries. They were very friendly and I will recommend Scott Base to all my friends traveling to North Island.

Easy to book, lovely team / staff who were very friendly and efficient. Reasonable price. The unit was spotless, and even though it was close to full, it was relatively soundproof - good pressure in the shower, comfy Queen sized bed and thoughtful extras provided with milk (a lovely couple of biscuits)

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Liked everything about the place. Nice and tidy. Parking is easy to get in and out even with a trailer. 4k TV is great with a selection of different streaming services. Additionally, rooms are nice size, and the heat pump keeps the whole flat warm.
Room was clean, warm and fresh smelling. Staff were super friendly. Excellent parking. Location was also excellent - easy walk to town. Water pressure was really good and plenty of hot water.
Easy to find. Easy access for my elderly Mum, with parking directly outside. The host had turned on the heat pump prior to our arrival so it was cosy and warm.
A beautifully clean Motel very handy to the town, railway and sports park. Easily accessible with plenty of parking.Helen is an amazing hostess, very friendly and full of information. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.
