Treetops is a wonderful B&B, nestled in amongst the garden with a beautiful view from a large window that overlooks Portobello. It's a great place to relax in. Lovely and clean, comfortable and roomy. The breakfast is a lovely continental breakfast with a good selection.

Very clean, warm. The heat pump had been turned on before we arrived. Everything we needed. Full kitchen, washing machine drier. Very close to supermarket. Beds very comfortable. Two big comfortable sofas. Great TV Netflix etc. Good communication from owner. Great separation of rubbish.

Commendations to Dione who personally walk me and my son through the places to explore and dine for the very short stay in Dunedin. The room was very clean and cozy.
