This could be great if a little more thought had gone into its maintenance, furnishings and appliances; because the property is large, newish and well positioned. Sadly the bed was uncomfortable (you just rolled into its centre), the furniture was a miss match that looked like a secondhand furniture store had been raided and the shower was incredibly small. Plus one or two fixings were on their last legs so you were scared to touch them in case they broke. To top it all the washing machine was very old fashioned and there was no tumble dryer to dry your washing!! It felt very cold and unloved when you entered after fighting to open the key safe.

The apartment was very modern and clean with comfortable furniture and well fitted out with crockery and utensils. There were a couple of air conditioners, It is quite close to a small supermarket and a pub and there is a lovely river walk nearby. Parking was fine.

The apartment was very new and clean, had great amenities, a big TV, proper parking, was right by the beautiful Clutha river, and close enough to quickly access both Wanaka city and lake Hawea by car.
The host sent us all information needed to check-into the accommodation in a timely manner. There is also a 4square supermarket (and some other shops and restaurants) right on the apartment complex grounds.
A few minutes drive to Wanaka, 100% quiet, very clean, parking near the door, helpful and pleasant representative (Renee) of the management company on the phone (as there is no reception on site), a supermarket and bakery 1 minute walk, very well equipped with good appliances etc (dishwasher, in sink food disposal, electric sheets, towel dryer, heaters etc), comfi beds, a good shower, very good gas fire place - easy to operate, good WiFi.
Overall it functions well and is suitable for one or two nights in a plain environment.
Unit looked new and very clean. Nice to have internet, cable TV, wifi and Netflix. Mattresss were comfortable. Nice to have 1 1/2 bathrooms. Nice quiet location not far from Wanika but to far to walk to town. Good parking. Kitchen well equipped for many cooking needs. No microwave for simple warming of food. 4 Square Market, pastry store & restaurant next door for snacks and groceries.
We loved the layout of this end unit with the bedrooms upstairs. Great views of the mountains and easy access to town. Having a grocery store and restaurant options in the same parking lot was amazing! It was super clean with wonderful personal touches. Our kids were so excited to eat the marshmallows.
