The location couldn’t have been better. A few minutes walk from the station and the gondola and a short stroll into the town. Lovely views of the lake outside the bedroom window. For breakfast, there was something to suit everyone’s taste. Plenty of areas around to sit and relax and the hotel offered luggage storage at no extra cost.

Loved the setting & views, the building design, furnishings, facilities, food.
Staff were friendly & so helpful. The room was well designed, beautifully furnished & really comfortable. There was lots of attention to detail.
A very calm & relaxing place to be. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi.
Breakfast was very good & we really enjoyed the 3 Course Dinner which was carefully crafted, beautifully presented & well worth it.
Wish we had had time to stay another night!

A really facinating hotel with alot of history, charm and soul. The dinner area have a fantastic view towards the lake and mountains and the food being served is really good (but quite expensive).
There is alot of facilities pool, spa and fitness area, its nice but in desperate need of maintenance too justify the expense and too make it welcomeing to use.
The bar is well equipped, charming and have alot of nice seating arrangements.
