Very well located, especially if you're looking to hike Trolltunga. Parking is super easy with the small lot behind the apartments, otherwise access to the large lot across the road. Apartment is nice and as per the photos - you get access to a kitchen, bedroom with two beds, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Lockbox for check-in & check-out makes it really easy to come in and also leave as early as you need to.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Charming hotel located a short distance (drive or walk) to first parking lot for Trolltunga hike. Excellent breakfast spread and restaurant. Gorgeous views of the fjord.
Unfortunately, we did not like much.
In general, the hotel did not meet the expectations.
However, what was positive:
+ Free parking spots available in front of the hotel.
+ Well located (for Trolltunga hikes).
+ Friendly and helpful staff.
+ The view on the mountains (while sitting, because the buildings in front of the hotel are less beautiful).
We had an apartment for two nights to use as a base for the Trolltunga hike, and it was ideal. Free parking, good Wi-Fi, easy check in/out. Pretty nice view. Plenty of space to move around - and to dry wet clothes!
Kitchen was well equipped (no toaster but there’s a grill) with a useful supply of salt/pepper/oil and tea/coffee/sugar.
They have a deal with the hotel nearby - a free glass of local cider and 10% off food in the restaurant.
Very good place to stay for Trolltunga trek.
Spacious room, clean refreshing interiors, nice view, very good amenities. The road to the parking lot is right in front of the guesthouse.

Spacious, well-equipped house with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. Great location if you want to go to Trolltunga. Each room has its own TV. Free parking next to the house. The nearest supermarket in Odda is only 10 minutes by car.
The breakfast was great. We like that the hotel offers the lunch sack option instead of breakfast on our hiking day. The location is perfect. The building is beautiful, classic, and near the fjord. The bus to P2 parking lot has a stop at the hotel. So we don’t need to drive up to P1 to catch the bus to P3. It saved our time and energy for hiking Trolltunga.
