We rented the apartment for a single night. Although we booked it late evening and showed up around 23:00/11pm the host was up and waiting to give us access. Huge thanks to the host.
The apartment was really spacious and could hold at least 6-7 guests. Great facilities, extremely comfortable beds and affordable price.

We liked the fact that the location is rural and the apartment is part of what used to be a working farm. We were on a two week tour prior to our visit here. It was a welcome and and enjoyable change from hotels and urban environments. The chickens and the pheasant in the front yard were a bonus. The location was central to the areas we wanted to visit. On successive days we visited Hof and the Eidsfoss Iron Works Museum, the Heddal Stave Church and the Kongsberg Church, and then Munch's Asgardstrand and Tonsberg. All were within reasonable driving distance.

it is a lovely cosy cabin, less than 2h from Oslo away. it was so lovely we didn’t want to leave! the cross country skiing was unbelievable. then we came back and made some waffles with their waffle machine. 😃 the bathroom is old fashioned but to be expected since it is a cabin. beds on the other hand, were so comfortable!!! we will certainly return.
