We booked a cottage with shower and toilet but left right after we saw it. The place is completely rundown. No idea about the shared facilities but the cottages are very basic, to say the least. We absolutely appreciated it that the receptionist understood this and we got our money back.
To pitch a tent it might be good. The setting is pretty.
