Its an amazing place in the middle of nowhere, perfect to relax and detach from the fast paced everyday world. The house is beautiful, clean and quite spacious. We were there just as a couple with a dog ;) but Im sure it can easily hold a bigger group of people too.

We were there in winter and we found Tuddals Joker to be the best shop for supplies and fire wood (definitely the cheapest offer).
With the fresh snow 4x4 car turned out really useful in the area.

First we liked the place and hosts were very friendly. The place is cozy and hosts even made sure to provide us with direction advises on how to reach the property. They told us to feel ourselves at home, that we can use whatever food is there and a couple of small bottles of wine is also for us. It was really nice of them. And that we shouldn't worry, they will come tomorrow and take care of cleaning. And so we used some of their food and drank wine, as was advised. There were 4 of us: me, my wife, our daugter and our friend that came to visit us. We decided to give our friend some comfort and let him sleep in the room alone on a double bed.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Nice spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Great to have the option to order a simple dinner at the location at decent prices. Nice outdoor seating area. Friendly hosts. Free onsite parking.
The couple who run this guest house have created a wonderful place - a sanctuary where one can sit outside, surrounded by forested hills, and relax.
My room provided everything needed: comfy bed, good shower, good wifi. It was useful to have the use of a fridge and small kitchen, giving the option to self-cater. There's a supermarket just across the street.

I had dinner and breakfast here. Both were good but the dinner in particular was excellent, and good value by Norwegian standards.
Nice location. Room was pretty big, bathroom was very big with a wonderful shower! Breakfast was good. Parking available. Wifi worked well. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly owners. I recommend this place.
