When we arrived, we were a bit early so we had a lovely chat with (what we assume was) the landlady’s partner. He has upgraded out road trip with his fantastic suggestions. Lillian was a magnificant host. We were able to stay in the house all by ourselves, so we could enjoy the common rooms in quiet. The view is to die for. The beds were some of the most comfortable ones on our trip so far. All in all positively perfect!

This was the most satisfying place to stay during our trip. The apartment is well located within walking distance to Gamle Stavanger, Stavanger Domkirke, Fiskepiren Quay. Indoor parking is safe. The apartment has a large area and full facilities (kitchenware and cutlery) for easy cooking. Complete washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is not only a coffee machine, thanks to the landlord, but also provides coffee powder.

The location was ok, in wallking distance from the old town and the harbor. All the amenities and facilities as described, with extra tips like coffee and spices . The studio was even bigger than expected. The area is quite and safe. I had a great sleep although not used to sleep on a water matress. The owner very caring and explicite.

The location of the building is excellent, the atmosphere in the apartment itself is bright and spacious. Excellent view and atmosphere of the square. The terrace is great
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The price! It was literally 3 times cheaper than the second cheapest option nearby. It also had a fully functional kitchen and some good parking spots.
The host was very nice person. Very helpful and responsive for any request. House is very cozy, shared accommodation. Value for money and just enough facility for us hikers. Good enough space for parking.
Hey, you get what you pay for. Very basic place but the price is great. You get a bed with linen and access to a bathroom and kitchen. There was also free parking right outside. One guy staying there didn't have a car but he went to Pulpit Rock and it was easy, so maybe it wasn't so remote ad it seemed. I would recommending coming by car tho as it is a bit far from Stavanger. My expectations were met. People who complain too much just don't have the right expection: you get what you pay for.
