Just like Svalbard, Mary Ann's Polarrig stole a piece of my heart! I spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed my stay: super cosy place with fantastic friendly atmosphere, very nice staff and lots of quirky details all around you. Clean, nice common area, comfortable bed. The veggie dish at the restaurant was delicious, too. This must be the best place to stay at in Longyearbyen, especially for single travellers.

Hotel was very acommodationg. I was able to store my luggage and stay in the lobby when I returned from my cruise and had a late day flight. Wifi was great.

The staff was possibly the best part of the experience. I drank at the Coal Miners Bar and Grill almost everyday and I was met with an enthusiastic staff that really defined my visit to an extent. Some of the best people I met while I was in Svalbard.
