We arrived in oslo by a late flight, the people from the hotel were there to pick us up within 15 mins. Eric at the reception was nice enough to brew us a fresh pot of coffee and upgraded our room for free. Its the little things that count and the staff did all of them very very well. We were sad to leave at the end. The room was super clean. The hotel isnt far from the airport, a quick 5-8 min. Drive, which the hotel arranges.
