There were great views from the villa and it was nice being out side the main town of Lillehammer. The road up to the property was steep but was cleared by a tractor when it snowed, and we had 4-wheel drive so no problems there. The fridge was well stocked with food items for breakfast. The host was very easy to contact and responded very promptly to any enquiries. The social spaces in the house are excellent - plenty of room for everyone to sit in comfort. There were lots of 'extras' provided eg TV apps, digital games, regular games.

Well presented hotel, room was spotless, good size except for the tiny bathroom. Excellent breakfast with good selection. All the staff friendly.

Situated on Lillehammer’s main street, Storgata, this hotel offers a free evening meal and free WiFi internet access. Birkebeineren Ski Stadium is within 15 minutes’ drive.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
It was a small room. Hard to fit the luggage in, but the shower was wonderful. Spent the evening in the lounge which was large and comfortable. Lots of parking outside and large beautiful grounds.
We had a lovely meat stew for dinner despite them being short staffed and the breakfast was excellent.
As mentioned the breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. The location of the hotel ,above the town, gave wonderful views of the surrounding region. It was a quiet location and ideal for our overnight stop. They catered for motorcyclists and a number of riders made it their choice as well. Ample parking for the bikes.
