Excellent location. Staff is really service minded. Room has everything you need. Breakfast is top and the possibility to use the facilities of the sport and swim/wellness center Azzurro (for free) is for us a positive deciding factor. Parking facilities with possibility to park on the arrival date earlier than check in and after check out the remainder of the day are fabulous.

What a fantastic place to stay, we absolutely loved it, beautiful surroundings and a fabulous house and gardens, breakfast was delivered to us the next morning which was a basket of super fresh breads and pastries, the fridge was stocked with juice, cheese, fruit and even a couple of beers. We will stay here again.

I was travelling from a holiday with my family to a work conference the next day and needed a stay close to Amsterdam for one night. Fantastic rural location but only 10 minutes from airport and 35 minutes from Amsterdam Centre. The rooms are not just spacious, they are huge. Judith, the owner, is very friendly, multi-lingual, flexible and helpful. Considering the hotel prices in Amsterdam during big events, this is a viable solution, which we will consider. It is a simple apartment that is perfectly suited for a short stay / self catering visit. The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is ok if you are driving yourself (there is ample parking). Train station 'Warmond' has free parking if you do want to use public transport (e.g.) for a trip to Amsterdam. I would recommend this apartment (and might come back myself as well) if you need a 5 day plus stay in the area and have your own transport.
The location was perfect, there is the bus stop which is only a 10 minute walk away and has good transport links for when you don’t want to drive somewhere (we caught the number 50 bus to Sassenheim station then the train direct to Amsterdam as apparently the parking is expensive)
There is a large car park on-site.
The rooms were nice and spacious and it was nice to have plates/cups etc in the kitchen.
If you are bored in the evening there is a bowling alley a 5 minute walk away with an adjacent restaurant if you don’t fancy cooking.
Awesome location - in a small fairy tail-like, picturesque and very quiet area. The house itself is very big, fully furnished with kitchen amenities; big yard with bbq facilities. Huge living room, parking place in front of the house.

Enjoyed the friendliness and genuine care from the host--Stephen is a great guy and stocks the home well. The fruit and bottle of wine are a nice touch. The home is cozy and comfortable and we found the location to be ideal for our planned visits with family. Access to the house, the location on the water, and the comfortable availability of parking all made for a nice stay.
