I loved this place, super friendly welcome and the room was comfortable and had been beautifully laid out. Everything was perfect! There was just one issue, and I’m sure this is something that can be smoothed out as this was a pre opening stay: there were some roof windows with sensors in my room and they kept opening and closing all night long (so repeatedly opening and closing with some kind of inbuilt mechanism). This really disturbed my sleep!

Absolutely superb place. From the entrance you see the amount of love and attention to detail the hosts put in this place. You stay in the small farm, with hosts living in the next building. The parking is private on the premise just around the corner. The apartment is very spacious, cool even on a hot day (though there's also air conditioning present).
Hosts are very hospitable and friendly. The B&B design is very unique: it consists of two apartments on the ground floor with a breakfast room right between them.
The breakfast is amazing: though there's no hot food, there're fresh berries, yogurt, jams and pastry. And the whole room is so decorated and cosy and tables are so well-served as if you are in a 5* restaurant.
I think this must be the best stay we had in the Netherlands. Truly a hidden gem.

The welcome from our delightful host. Nothing was too much trouble.
Very comfortable room, facilities and the bed was awesome!! (most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!!!

Our host provided enough of the breakfast and sandwich bags to make a roll for a picnic.

Well situated. Within walking distance to station, supermarket and town. Large variety of restaurants too.
The only positive about this hotel is the free parking and also the location which was right next to the center of Sittard. The person at the reception was also kind.
Lovely apartment with off street parking, close to our destination. Functional kitchen with everything you need, clear instructions for to operating TV.
And the restaurants are varied and great quality. Try the downunder. Not surprisingly a Australian restaurant. heHotel was simply stunning. The staff excellent. The continental breakfast for 20 euro a little steep. Which for was a yoghurt and a coffee. The town square is beautiful,The Parking was also very expensive. You went through a civic car park first to get to the hotel carport. You were then charged 15 euro from the hotel then 5 euro at the exit to the civic carpark. 20 euro per night. Not good vslue.
