The unit is clean and well maintained. There is a lounge / dining area / kitchen. There is a fold-out bed. There is also a separate bedroom and a bathroom which looks like it may be wheelchair friendly. The staff is very friendly. The seal centre is almost next door. There is a lovely restaurant across the road. Just a note about the area: the grocery store is quite far if you are walking. There is a wonderful information folder listing many useful places.

This is one of those cases where the property is better in real life! Very nice place!

The place is simple but nice. We got a spacious apartment, perfect for us since we were traveling with our dog. The seal rescue center is very close and there are other activities to do in the area. The village is quiet and we had a good night sleep in complete silence.
Free parking was greatly appreciated.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Perfect location. Lots to do at the hotel and in the area.
Free parking.
Very enjoyable free access wellness center.
Delicious breakfast.
My doggy was welcome everywhere.
Simple, but clean room. Very friendly landladies - we could stay until after 12 am in the room. The breakfast is very good - everything that you might want to eat. There is a small kitchen for the guests to use and a large parking area behind the building which is located very centrally (but quiet). All in all very good value.
Het Dorpshuis is a spotlessly clean, perfectly appointed b&b. It has everything you may need, including a fully functioning kitchen to cook a meal in. Large parking behind the building or at the seal sanctuary opposite. Miranda, our host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
Nice hotel with more sections, but all are very centrally located. I slept in room with direct entrance from main street of Pieterburen village, but window drapes provided enough calm and privacy. Parking was possible just across road, but there was even some private parking lot. Morning self-service buffet was excellent with wide choice of everything that belongs to traditional Dutch (continental) breakfast! And 11 AM check-out allowed me nice 10 km circle walk to nearby Wattenmeer coast :-D
