I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The cleaning was great, ensuring that my room was always spotless and comfortable. The lodge was very nice, but I have to say that we felt a bit mislead. The pictures in Booking showing a totally different environment, as if the lodge/house belongs to a big hotel village/camper village. In reality, the lodge was totally isolated from the main hotel, far from reception, play grounds, pool, shop, everything. We had to carry our languages to our house on a muddy road for 5 min cause all the strollers were away. All of it wasn’t so dramatic, just that the photos are very much misleading in regard to how the whole outdoor looks like. We expected to be able to have a small fire in the garden in the evenings, which wasn’t even an option, cause it lacked the equipment.
The house was great, not the most clean (under the beds were a LOT of dust), but the rest was great.
A good accommodation for this price, I would though take in consideration that there are no outdoor facilities close by.
