The owners are an awesome couple who will do (almost) everything to make their guests happy. We had a problem, we let them know - and the problem was sorted. Never seen such a clean place, rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed almost too often.... We liked their kitchen, great coffee machine with free coffee of all sorts all day long. It is easy not to go out and just cook there - everything is available. Beautiful location, from there it is very easy to visit nice historic towns or cities like Gouda, Woerden, Utrecht....

Sleeping and using the spa&sona were great ways to relax. We were preoccupied that the sound of the spa was too loud as we used it during the night, but the host said she couldn't hear since the room is well insonorinated.
The host was especially kind, asked if we had every we needed for the stay, then when we checked out.
The neighborhood is charming. As relaxing as the room. There are beautiful parks and a grocery store at around 10 minutes by foot.
We strongly recommend this place if you want to recharge your energy.

It was clean, easy to find, and in an idyllic place.
It had everything one can expect from a holiday home and more.
The full kitchen easily accommodates 6 people.
Having an extra loo was also a bonus for 6 people.
The landlord Mike was a very attentive host and very accommodating .
We definitely would like to come back.
Oh, and if you want to travel with your cat they have an amazing cat hotel right on the same land. You and your cat can have an amazing holiday at the same time!

Very friendly, flexible, appreciative and helpful host. Spacious room with outside seating area looking out over the polder. (We spotted some hares :-) ) Very clean. Tourist information leaflets present at the accomodation.
Good location - Montfoort has good amenities. By car easy to get to places like Gouda, Oudewater, Kasteel de Haar and other places that are worth visiting.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
This hotel has a wonderful location in the centre, on a cosy shopping street, close to a good restaurants and a parking garage. Those are the only positive features. Alas, it is the only possibility to stay in the centre and we wish there were other options and we did not have to stay in the hotel when we visit Ijsselstein.
Nice location right in town. The parking garage is fairly close to the hotel and the restaurant was really convenient. Overall it wasn't really trendy, but it wasn't really spendy either. It was just friendly, easy, and comfortable.
So glad we stayed here and not in Utrecht! A picturesque little high street with cool shops and eateries (and a lovely bar overlooking the canal/river)and the hotel was great with reasonable prices and safe parking nearby.... but just a 30min tram ride from central Utrecht. No fuss, hassle or expense! Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Definitely stay here again!
Location: Free underground parking (between Saturday evening to Sunday morning) in 1 min walk. Right in the center of a beautiful traditional Dutch Town.
Room: Nice and comfort. Everything is well equipped and managed.
Food: Super nice food just downstairs, friendly people. Very fresh breakfast too.
