This was my first ever overnight in the Netherlands and I could not have had a better experience. I was able to park the car easily in the street where it was very safe. The accommodation was absolutely delightful and my hostess is an extremely kind lady. When I enquired about places to eat she recommended a restaurant and even phoned to book me a table. A simple but adequate continental breakfast is available. When I enquired about how to get into Utrecht I was given very helpful instructions which worked perfectly. One really could not ask for a better hostess!

It was clean, easy to find, and in an idyllic place.
It had everything one can expect from a holiday home and more.
The full kitchen easily accommodates 6 people.
Having an extra loo was also a bonus for 6 people.
The landlord Mike was a very attentive host and very accommodating .
We definitely would like to come back.
Oh, and if you want to travel with your cat they have an amazing cat hotel right on the same land. You and your cat can have an amazing holiday at the same time!

Gerry, the host, was amazining. He helped us with geting our luggage up 3 flights of steep stairs. He spent time telling us about the local history, attractions and facilities of his town. On the morning of departure he helped us again with our luggage. Gerry went out his way to make our stay the best it could be.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Excellent location for those who have a car as there is free parking and the train station is right next door with frequent trains into Utrecht. Very well equipped appt. Would definitely book this again.
The location is fabulous and outside the city with green spaces around you, also it is really quiet and perfect for relaxing. Busses, Trams, and supermarkets are not very close but it is easy to reach using the free bicycles provided by the host. Free and safe parking around the house. It was very clean and the host was very friendly. She exceeded our expectations and went out of her way just to provide us with more information and help us have a relaxing stay. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back here!

When entering the hotel, it gave me the feeling that it might be a bit dated while it turns out all of its faciliaties in the room work perfect and in very good shape!
